Tim’s Living Food Tacos Recipe

Health Heroes! 🦸‍♀️

Here’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! 

I love these living food tacos, they’re quick, easy and refreshing! 

TIM’s LIVING FOOD TACOS RECIPE 

Prep Time: 5-7 minutes 

INGREDIENTS: 

  1. 8oz Hummus
  2. 1 Cup Sprouted Lentils, Mung Beans or Fenugreek
  3. Veggie & Sprouts of Choice
  4. 1 tsp of Dulse or kelp flakes
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. Pinch of Chili powder
  8. Lemon or Lime juice
  9. Paprika
  10. 2 leafs of lettuce or cabbage

DIRECTIONS: 

Step 1: In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except 3,8,9 &10.

STEP 2: Spoon Mixture onto lettuce or cabbage leaf

STEP 3: Top with spouts or any veggie, lemon or lime juice and paprika. 

Enjoy!

We also like to add this homemade ranch dressing to ours! 

RANCH DRESSING RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: 

  1. 2 C Soy Free Veganaise
  2. 2 tsp Onion Granules
  3. 2 tsp Dill Weed
  4. ½ tsp Garlic Granules or pressed garlic clove
  5. 1 tsp lemon juice

DIRECTIONS: 

Step 1: In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together evenly.
