I love smoothies because it’s a great way to get tons of nutrition in one meal. I love adding TONS of different healthy powders that give me tons of different nutrients while simultaneously supporting my goals.
I have made all the smoothies lately and I love it when I find one that is extra delicious.

Here are a few of the benefits of the extra powders that I add!
Ashwagandha is a highly prized, adaptogenic super root, used frequently in Ayurvedic medicine to increase vitality, relieve stress and boost brain and cognitive function. Adaptogens are known for the ability to help our bodies “adapt” to environmental and emotional stressors.
Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae commonly used as a powerful superfood. Our spirulina is tank-grown in an environmentally pristine area, away from industrial, agricultural, and human development. The bright blue color of blue spirulina comes from the extraction of the phycocyanin pigment. It’s harvested, the phycocyanin is extracted, and then it’s dried at low temperatures to preserve its nutritional value.
Maca is a pure and potent super root that has been traditionally used in South American cultures to deliver abundant energy and stamina, aid in hormonal balance and improve moods.
🔅2 Medium Bananas
🔅1-2 Scoops Sunwarrior Protein (only add this is it fits into your goals)
🔅2 Cups Blueberries
🔅1 Tbsp Maca Powder
🔅1 Tsp Blue Spirulina (Terrasoul has the best one, it looks like crater lake in a bottle!)
🔅1.5 Dropper Fulls of Sweatleaf Stevita
🔅1 Scoop Green 85 (this makes the smoothie turn purple)
🔅1 Tsp Ashwagandha Powder
Blend together and Voila! ✨
